The Biodynamic Heart, Somatic Compassion Practices for a Clear and Vital Heart will be available on August 12, 2025. This book has 31 chapters and over 450 illustrations oriented around biodynamic practice applied to the cardiovascular system. I view the biodynamic cranial model as a contemplative practice in which the body is integrated with the mind and spirit. I wrote this book over a period of 10 years as I watched the scourge of metabolic syndrome rise dramatically worldwide and especially in my clients. 93% of Americans have metabolically unhealthy hearts. And our work is to find the health which I demonstrate in many ways in my new book.
